First Aid course
This course is the best introduction to First Aid and CPR.
The DAN First Aid course will provide you with valuable information on how to deal with emergencies. Topics include: assessment and safety, external bleeding, management of the unconscious victim, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), shock, cross infection, basic orientation to first aid in the workplace, first aid kits and moving of injured persons. You will participate in both theory and practical sessions, during which your skills will be assessed.
After the competent completion of all of the required skills, you will receive a Statement of Attainment from DAN when the registration procedures have been completed. The DAN First Aid program is accredited by State and National government recognition authorities under National Training Recognition Scheme.
Class size is limited, so early registration is recommended!
Class Schedule
The First Aid – ELS Course is one full day or a 2 evening course. This class is designed for both divers and non-divers, so bring a friend!
