DMT Daniel Fehr

After six months of only internet contact with Paul from wicked diving my wife and I flew to Thailand from Calgary Canada. We started with our advance open water course on a live aboard trip. 3days 2nights. Filip was our instructor for that course. The live aboard was first class. 3meals a day plus snacks, each meal have a veriaty of different food. The wicked staff and thai staff were all very helpful in every way possible. The trip was so fun that we didn’t really notice that we were learning new skills. After that we traveled north Thailand for 3weeks and then came back to wicked to start our Dive master course. First we had to update our EFR. Sonia was our instructor for that and with her experience in the medical field of diving we really learned alot. Next we had to get our rescue diver certification. Marcel was our instructor for that and he taught us alot probably more than other might have. During our rescue diver course we also took a Dan o2 provider course. Paul himself was our instructor for that and again we learned more than the textbook had to offer. All in all the instructors from wicked take their jobs seriously and make sure you dont miss a beat. Marcel is also our instructor for our DM course. We are three weeks into the now. It’s been challenging but rewarding. Not to mention you do get to have a little fun doing it. We recently come back from a live aboard part of our training was to get familiar with how a scuba shop is run, and we saw MANTA RAYS never seen them before so it was extra special. We also so many rare variety for aquatic creatures. Almost halfway done the course so we will see how the rest goes.
