Never dived before? Want to Try? Just for the Day..then you can join us for a try dive. This is a perfect way to try out diving and see if you like it. After you see the beautiful underwater world in the Similan Islands – you might just stay longer. It’s a great day out and you will get plenty of time seeing the reefs and fish (2 dives!) and we always keep the groups small, so you can enjoy your time here even more!
Doing a Try Dive while you are here in Khao Lak is a great opportunity to see the Similan Islands above and below. You will be walking right off one of the white sand beaches into the tropical waters. The whole family can watch – or even join in! Your Try Dive Day is designed to get you into the water as soon and safely as possible. Remember that a try dive is not a diving course, it is purely a way to get introduced in the world of diving. You will be with one of our experienced Diving Instructors throughout the day. This is all about making YOU comfortable and relaxed. There is no pressure to pass the course – we’d rather you enjoyed your new sport than simply rush you through, so we’re happy to spend any extra time necessary making sure all students are comfortable in this new environment.

are world-famous for the incredible diversity of marine life. With fields of blue and yellow soft corals, forest of hard coral, hundreds of species of reef dwellers – Angelfish, Bannerfish, Lionfish, Puffers and more are all right here waiting for you. We also frequently see the “pelagic” or open ocean fish – Tuna, Barracuda, and Snappers all swing by. Of course we must point out our real treasures – Manta Rays, Whale Sharks and Turtles. The Similan Islands are an incredible place to dive, so why miss this chance to learn more, go deeper, stay down longer and relax in the Andaman sea?

Day before: Paperwork (of course!) and then a little bit of theory session
Morning: Pick up at your resort and transport to the pier
Leave for the Similan Islands by speedboat
Onto the Beach – then into the water!
Lunch on the beach time to relax and enjoy the Similan Islands
Then –
Second time into the tropical waters!
Sadly, it will then be time to head back.
Of course you could always do it again the next day! Or even do the Open Water course!
Of course you did! Now you can sign up for more days of diving. Since you have done a try dive already with us, you won’t need to do the theory and skills again – so the next time is all about the fun! Even better would be to continue and take your Open Water Diver course. It only takes a few days and in this course we will teach you all the important aspects of diving. At the end of it, you will receive a certification card which you can use worldwide and is valid for the rest of your life.
You need to fill in some paperwork in order to participate in the program. The paperwork includes a medical statement; Your safety comes first and it is very important that you are medically fit to go diving. Most people are fine, but it might be possible we ask you to go to a doctor to make sure you can go diving with us.
