3D/2N Liveaboard with WWF International CEOs and Board


We open our first month this year by bringing WWF International CEOs in 3D / 2N on special trip with  Wickeds. Yeah, its Wicked with S, as Wicked Diving, Wicked Adventures and Wicked Good, all participate in the trip.

It’s a mix of diving, kayaking, trekking, swimming and presentation of Wicked Good Project on support the local community to become future conservation leaders in the area.

Join in the group of 12 was representative of WWF International and Indonesia.

Mr. Lo Sze Ping CEO of WWF-China and family, Mr. Deon Nel Conservation Director of WWF Intl, a free diver,  Ms. Xie Xiaohui Assistant to Mr. Wang Shi, Board of WWF China, Mr. Philippe Prufer, Board of WWF International and Board of WWF-Brazil and family, Imam Musthofa WWF-ID SBS Leader, plus 2 WWF Komodo staff, Jensi and Susi.

From Wicked Diving we bring two senior dive guides to explore 6 dive sites in the park.Wicked adventures send a senior kayak guides with an assistant to climb Padar and trekking at Rinca, and snorkeling at the islands. Start the trip with check dive at Sebayur, followed by drift dive at Tatawa, and of course Taka Makasar AKA manta point and night dive at Pink beach on the 1st day. Finish the day with catch the beautiful sunset at Pink beach, the guests seems really enjoy taking sunset pictures while enjoying their beers. Start day 2nd with trekking to Padar Island to catch the sunrise and follow by dive at 3 sisters and Mauan island. All the guest was super happy with the last dive as all of them can dive and snorkel with mantas. Mr. Deon Nel still enjoy his free dive.Back to the boat with big smile and had lunch while move to Kalong Island to catch the sunset and watching the bats going out from the island, we close the day 2nd nicely. Woke up early morning on the day 3rd, the guests seems can’t wait to see the dragons. Yeah, its Komodo time. Choose the medium trek, the guests really enjoy the time to see the Komodo matting.

It seems like the matting season for the dragons. Been visited the island of Rinca more than 20 times, but this is the 1st time see the Komodo matting. Back to Labuan Bajo after Rinca island, the Brazilians seems like cannot  let go the beautiful clear water and ask for the last swim before flew home. We took them to Kelor for 20 minutes snorkel. Instead of snorkel, they are all jump from the boat, and swam to the beach and back.Nothing is better than to see a big smile of the happy guests.The son of Brazil CEO even plan to come back and bring her marine biologist sister with him.

Before we port at Labuan Bajo harbour, it’s the time to introduce the Wicked Good program to the VIPs. They express their happiness to know that their dive and snorkel guides  were the alumni of Wicked Good program. They were very happy to know that, by doing the trip with Wickeds, they support our program to create future conservation leaders
